  1. I know it helps me, especially when I have my camera along! It is great to feel, taste, smell and hear the breeze; to watch, hear and smell the leaves; to experience the sounds and movements of nature...to enjoy our world in peace.

  2. Lovely piece. Yes, it definitely resonates with me. I've always loved walking and meditating in nature. I actually did a 100 day walking challenge last year and it completely shifted my health and wellbeing in a more positive direction.
